Creating sustainable change in rural Rajasthan through community-driven initiatives

The Jivra Foundation is our commitment to giving back to the communities that make our work possible. Every purchase from House of Jivra contributes to practical, sustainable development projects in rural Rajasthan.

We don't believe in charity – we believe in partnership. Our initiatives are designed to create lasting change by empowering local communities with skills, resources, and opportunities that build self-sufficiency.

Tree Plantation Drives

Tree Plantation Drives

We organize regular tree plantation drives in partnership with local villages. Native species are chosen to restore ecological balance, provide shade, and create sustainable sources of fodder and fuel.

Over 10,000 trees planted across 15 villages in the past two years, with 85% survival rate thanks to community involvement in care and maintenance.

Women's Skill Development

We provide training in traditional crafts, food processing, and sustainable agriculture to rural women. These programs create income opportunities while preserving valuable cultural knowledge.

150+ women trained in various skills, with 70% establishing their own small businesses or contributing to family income through their new capabilities.
