Our Gir Gold Ghee follows the sacred Bilona method: Fresh Gir cow milk is boiled and cooled to set curd overnight. The curd is then hand-churned using a wooden bilona (traditional churner) to extract pure white butter (makkhan). This makkhan is gently heated on low flame until the moisture evaporates, leaving behind liquid gold - pure Gir cow ghee with its characteristic granular texture and divine aroma.
